Jersey Framework - java.lang.IllegalStateException: InjectionManagerFactory not found.

I have used Jersey Framework for RESTful web services development. I encountered the following error when I tried to upgrade it from 2.25 to 2.26

Solution 

After a hard struggle and searching over the internet, I had found the solution. I have to add the following dependency to the maven file

        <dependency>
          <groupId>org.glassfish.jersey.inject</groupId>
          <artifactId>jersey-hk2</artifactId>
          <version>2.26</version>
    </dependency>
